MY STORY
Hi! My name is Natalia and I will tell you a bit about myself…
My journey had many crossroads. All necessary to shape who I am today. Even if some days were really tough, I like this story of mine. Friends say that I am not afraid to live my life. It is true. For a long time, however, I was afraid to listen to myself. A lot has changed since I started to follow my heart and intuition. In small steps, I began to follow my own independent path. This journey is the most precious of all.
Now I wish to help others see their own paths. Support in transformation. Give courage to fight for yourself. In my journey yoga has had a major impact. That’s why I decided to share it with others and teach yogic life. Guiding people is my passion. Awakening the potential and the support provided by a non-judgmental coaching conversation brings amazing results.I have learned by my own experience everything that I am sharing now.
I speak my truth and authenticy is my goal.
MY JOURNEY
n 2009, I graduated psychology with honors at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. I was drawn to brand strategies and that is where I made my first professional steps. 5 years in the advertising industry and a turnaround just before 30. I wanted more than the same routine day. Submission of the notice of termination and resignation from the safe position was one of the most difficult moments in my life. I would like to say that it was downhill later, but that’s not entirely true.
… Wait a minute… Do you know that? A life full of professional success, good money and even better prospects, and you still feel that something is wrong? That it’s not enough to fulfill your life?
I packed my backpack. I went to Norway to earn for my dreams. Scandinavia has become my second home which I regularly return to. Later there was New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, India, Iceland, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and again India. The list of places to visit, instead of getting shorter, is constantly growing with each trip.
Both visits in India were dedicated to yoga. First, two weeks with Iyengar’s yoga – this is the style I started my adventure with yoga in Poland nine years ago. In 2018, I returned to India to attend a Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training course accredited by Yoga Alliance. It was a turning point. I started dreaming again and found my life purpose.
I came back to Wrocław to combine my years of experience and knowledge in the field of Western psychology with the newly chosen yoga path and the philosophy of the East. I learned coaching from the best specialists from around the world, at the International Coaching Academy.
I am constantly exploring new techniques and trainings in both: yoga and coaching.
WHAT ARE MY GOALS …
… as a teacher, I want to be authentic and honest. Share my passion and inspire. Teach what yoga is on the mat, but also outside of it, on a daily basis.
… by conducting workshops, I want to create a community of people who have similar goals and desires. Show the strength and energy that the group gives. Relieve stress and show you how to live consciously.
… as a psychologist and coach, I want to support you in transformations and achieving goals. Help you hear your inner voice of intuition and create your own reality. To prove that it is worth fighting for yourself.
… while traveling – literally and figuratively – I want to help discover how much there is beyond our comfort zone. Cross boundaries and broaden your perspectives.
