Monthly meetings for women, organized to release emotions, awake female potential, look for inspiration and support. We meet around the full moon to use its light to awaken what is dormant. Book a 3-hour session for yourself, during which you will be able to share your worries and successes.

A series of workshops combining work on the body and mind. The meetings are based on building a bridge between Eastern philosophy and Western psychology. The main idea of the classes is self-development and achieving well-being – peace in the head and body. Each part of the workshop can function as a separate pillar in which you can participate individually. Together, they form a whole that gives you an even greater chance of achieving well-being.

During the workshops, we use tools such as asanas, aromatherapy, sound massage, yoga nidra, meditation, pranayama, but also the circle of life or personality tests. All this will help you get to know yourself better and learn new ways for a better tomorrow.
